pricing

This non-binding offer in our online shop is specifically intended for private consumers. The prices of the goods are in euros and include the statutory sales tax, plus shipping costs.

delivery

We deliver the ordered goods to any address within Germany by parcel post or forwarding agent. Deliveries of garden furniture outside of the mainland are not carried out. A delivery outside of Germany does not take place.

date of delivery

We will let you know the delivery date before you place your order. In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, we will also contact you by phone, SMS or email to arrange the exact date.

delivery costs

The price of the parcel delivery of garden furniture depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. The shipping costs are included in the price for each type of furniture.

The shipping costs for tobacco products (cigarillos and cigars) depend on the order value. From an order value, shipping costs increase

from EUR 5.99.

From an order value of 42.00 € we deliver free shipping.

payment option

You can pay the purchase price and delivery costs by credit card (MasterCard and American Express), Applepay, PayPal, giropay and Klarna - online bank transfer.

pickup

In addition to delivery, we also offer pickup. This means that you can have the goods you have ordered made available for collection in our office at Richtweg 30, 28195 Bremen. Call us or let us know in writing the day for collection.

retention of title

All goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

formation of the contract

You make a binding offer when you go through the entire ordering process. After you have submitted your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and listing its details. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. The purchase contract is only concluded when the items you have ordered are sent or an express order confirmation is issued. Delivery dates are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
